Light and Spacious 3 bedroom Town House in a good sunny position. Sleeps 6/7. Master bedroom with ensuite & sun terrace/lounge. A further two double bedrooms, one with balcony terrace & a family bathroom. Large comfortable open lounge with dining area. Fully equipped kitchen & utility room with drying space. Ground floor toilet/handbasin. Storeroom/Cloaks - vacuum, mops buckets etc. Includes A/C, free Wifi Internet, Large flatscreen TV, (Spanish & full British TV unlimited free movies) DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer etc. Extra foldaway bed available. Cot & high-chair can be arranged. The property also benefits from a roof terrace with built-in BBQ & terraces off 2 bedrooms plus south west facing large patio/garden facilitating all day sun. Stunning views enable an ideal setting to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. 5 minutes easy walk to a sandy beach and the town centre, 150 yards from large supermarket. Communal swimming pool with a separate children's pool & gardens seconds away from the house. A car is not necessary but there is private parking space available at the house if required. There is a good bus service to Fuengirola and Marbella but La Cala has all the amenities needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this immaculate 3 bedroom townhouse. The property was spotlessly clean, very well maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The communal pool was a great feature and added to the relaxing atmosphere. A perfect base for exploring the area - highly recommend.

House is very well equipped excellent location, comfortable beds. The photos are a true likeness. Always managed to find sun beds available at the swimming pool never too crowded.Would not hesitate to recommend.

It is not only the house, that is great, is the walking distance to the beach, the supermarket and the sunny days and 22º...
