Location was fantastic. Leave complex and beach is just 50m away. Beach was lovely and clean. Central enough for main restaurants and cafes. Great cafe and restaurant literally 10m away from apartment.

Lock box 10mins walk away from apartment which is not very handy when you and your family, including young kid, waiting to get in. Compared to other apartments our looked tired and in need of some attention from the outside. Terrace needed tiles replaced seating in need of a good clean and paint work on door etc needed attention. Inside was nice. We knew it was not modern but that was not an issue. There was a lasting odour in both upstairs bathrooms. My son is in the trade and said it was clearly a drains issue. Their on suite shower was very slow at draining away. Outside furniture at the rear of property was neglected. A wee sand down and fresh varnish would have done the trick. Some fixtures and fittings needed sorted like handles on drawers and also clearer instructions on where to find things would be helpful.

The location of the townhouse couldn't have been better - literally opposite the beach and around the corner from great restaurants and shops. No need for taxi anywhere. Everything on your doorstep. The development was so pretty and quiet, and the pool was like slipping in a warm inviting bath. We'll definitely be returning.

Location and layout of town house was perfect

Furniture a little dated

The location was near the beach, it was spacious and well equipped.

It was situated next to a late night bar which was noisy until about midnight. The property needs some repairs and replacements. The shower bracket was broken and the shower kept falling on us, the back outer door was not easy to open as you had to put your arm through the window first, toilet downstairs felt as though it was coming loose. There was only one set of keys which was difficult for four adults sharing the house.
