Fougaro Apartments

The host was lovely, we had a big problem with other facility „Chrissula Apartments” which was really dirty but at Fougaro they checked us in late at night, we had a lovely welcome, apartment was cleaned every day, rubbish, balcony. They were very helpful with everything we needed and most of all was CLEAN❤️

I liked everything.

The apartment had everything we needed and the host was very welcoming. It's close to the beach and located in a quiet area.

Quite good location: close to Old port, near the ancient walls, about 10 minutes walk to the main square; relatively easy to find free street parking; small supermarket right across that stays open until 22:00; pretty beach close by. Studio was clean, spacious, with wardrobe, safe, couch and kitchen table. Bed comfy, a warm duvet available. Brand-new sponge and detergent available. Wifi was overall good. Friendly owners.

Sea-view from first floor is only on the side, at end of road. Huge building construction across (didn't have issues with noise maybe because it was a holiday long weekend). No kitchen towel. No coffee, tea, salt, pepper, or any goodies such as marmalade or olive oil. Most important: Were told there would be hot water for shower no switching on of boiler needed, but the water remained cold even after you let it run for a long time (full shampoo & conditioner cycle).

We booked 10 minutes before we did the check in. It was very fast and she welcomed us very friendly. For us it was the best and most comfort bed we ever slept in so far in airbnbs. If we need another stay in Chania we definitely coming back here.

There is nothing to mention here, it was all perfect.
