Our booking was so last minute within 30 minutes. The owner and cleaner met us within an hour and they had us set up and with no fuss. They are genuine gorgeous people who accommodated us so quickly. The mini market near the corner - had REAL coffee machine with Iced lattes. The locals go there so you know its good :)
Only needs a sharp knife in the draw for cutting veggies - so no real complaints we made do :)

The apartment was clean.
The photos do not correspond with reality. We only had 1 night in Chania and wanted it to be very special with beautiful view as presented in the pictures. As we had a rental car we wanted a place with parking. When we arrived it turned out our apartment was on the ground floor with not even a balcony, let alone a terrace with a view. No parking was available and the street was packed so we had to park the car at 10 min walking distance. Personnel was very surprised about all our questions and when we complained about the view and terrace they said that "we were only there for 1 night". This was exactly the reason for us to have a good stay. Not friendly and did not seem to understand why we were upset arriving to something completely different than promised.
