Great view, great host, everything you need you will find inside the house... and outside as well - never had such huge and terrific terasse where can spent all your time - talk, eat, sunbath, sleep... except night sleep (actually it's also possible once it's warm enough). Exceptionally thought out house content, you have everything you can only imagine except for some minor things maybe. Parking is just steps away from your door.
What you should take care of if you are not young enough - you need a car to climb the house from Lerici (a walk downhill take about 10 minutes and nice). Bus goes very often(1.5-2 Euro, don't know why they charge differently), also taxi rather cheap if you are not alone (8 Euro weekdays, 11 on holidays) so it's not a big problem i think. But from the bus stop you still have another 5 minute walk up the hill. You can easily leave your car at La Valatta parking at Lerici (5 minute drive) not to look for free parking lot inside the town, which is between Lerici and San Terenzo - quite convenient to use seaview promenade between them. There's no grocery stores around but it take just 5 minutes by car to get it.
Surroundings are terrific, take a boat to 5Terre. 1 hour to get to Protofino.... leave your car at the cheap (1 Euro/hour) and spacious parking lot on the exit from Santa Margherita Ligure near this place: Covo di Nord Est Bar, address: Lungomare Raffaele Rossetti, 1, 16035 Santa Margherita Ligure. Also free parking is available from this place in Portofino direction along the road (if you are lucky enough).
The only disadvantage (a house is rather small but we did not consider this as disadvantage because of huge terasse place) - maybe not enough privacy if you travel with friends. The room doors are made as a sort of lattice so if one watch TV in a living room it would be a problem to sleep without ear-plugs. We did not have problems like this.
Again, i don't think one can find better place for this and even higher price. Will definetely recommed it to our friends.

We had a wonderful time in this house. The view is magnificent and the house very comfortable. We stayed for two weeks, my wife and our two kids.

In einem geschlossenem Gelände am Hang mit Olivenbäumen befinden sich versträut ein paar Häuser. Das des Besitzers mit dem Gästehaus direkt daneben ist über eine kleine asphaltierte Strasse zu erreichen. Wir waren eine Woche mit dem Motorrad dort, aber die Terrasse und die direkte Umgebung waren so schön, daß wir gar keine Moped Touren mehr gemacht haben. Das Highlight ist eindeutig die Terrasse mit diesem Mega Ausblick, schönen Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirmen. Das Haupthaus mit seiner nichteinsehbaren Veranda liegt direkt daneben/ unterhalb, sodaß man zwar hört, das es Nachbarn gibt, aber sie weder sieht noch gesehen wird.Ricci, der Vermieter ist super nett und sehr zurückhaltend.
In der Beschreibung stand gar nicht, daß es auch einen kleinen Aufstellpool im Olivenhain gibt, nur für die Gäste ,da kann man sich super abkühlen und dabei durch die Olivenbäume auf das Meer schauen!
Das Häuschen selbst ist zweckmässig und sehr sauber, alles ist vorhanden und wenn man möchte kann man auch draussen kochen mit 2 Gasflammen oder grillen. Lerici ist ein ganz entzückender Ort, der glücklicherweise nicht so bekannt ist wie die 5 Terre. Wir sind jeden Tag zu Fuß runter und wieder rauf, der Weg ist autofrei und nachts beleuchtet.Wir haben uns einen Tag ein kleines führerscheinfreies Motorboot bei Beppenautic geliehen, damit darf man sogar bis Portovenere rüber, ein Träumchen ! Wandern auf markierten Wanderwegen kann man auch.
Wenn man nicht lieber auf der Terrasse bleibt und den Ausblick genießt.......
