Spacious with a beautiful view!
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The flat is renovated, clean, and has everything you need. It’s large and spacious. And the balcony view – absolutely amazing!! The location is great too; just a short walk and you’re right in the city center! :) We truly regretted staying there for only two nights…

Weekend a Lerici
L'appartamento de "Il Paguro - Terre Marine" è situato nella parte alta di Lerici, a pochi metri dal centro storico della città e dal castello di San Giorgio. È grande, spazioso, luminoso e ha una bellissima vista sulla città e sul mare. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario (stoviglie, pentole, piatti, bicchieri, bollitore, moka ecc). Le camere e il bagno erano pulite, ordinate e fornite della biancheria e degli asciugami. È stato un bel soggiorno, anche se per un solo giorno!
L'unica cosa che andrebbe segnalata è la presenza di una rampa d'accesso ad alta pendenza prima di arrivare all'appartamento.

Appartamento in... luci ed ombre.
Bell'appartamento, adiacente al centro, spazioso e ben organizzato (anche se con bagno cieco), provvisto di parcheggio privato gratuito (che a Lerici vale oro!) e con una bellissima vista sul golfo di Lerici.
Purtroppo Lerici ha problemi logistici relativi alla disponibilità di spazi e parcheggi. Quindi, l'accesso in auto ed a piedi all'appartamento è reso difficoltoso da percorsi non chiarissimi: il gestore dovrebbe rendere più chiare le istruzioni di raggiungibilità ed accesso, evidenziando gli spazi ristretti per l'accesso in auto (con auto di grandi dimensioni quali SUV, etc i meno smaliziati potrebbero incontrare difficoltà), così come a piedi (ci sono rampe in salita piuttosto ripide). La casa è fornita di attrezzatura di cucina appena sufficiente (piatti e stoviglie contate). Problema con l'attivazione della caldaia che risultava accesa ma non funzionante per l'acqua calda. Abbiamo dovuto risolvere da soli resettando l'impianto dalla centrale termica, data l'inutile attesa per ottenere istruzioni dal gestore dell'appartamento.
