Nell’appartamento non manca nulla, c’è tutto l’essenziale e varie comodità come lavatrice, microonde, balcone vivibile, detersivi ecc. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulitissimo e impeccabile. I proprietari sono estremamente disponibili e gentili.
Rumorosità della tromba delle scale. Gli infissi sono di ultima generazione e isolanti ma il portoncino d’ingresso e le finestre del vano scale danno su una strada molto trafficata e di notte purtroppo si sentono dei forti rumori.

la padrona di casa è una donna gentilissima e super disponibile. la posizione è buona, si scende al mare facilmente con la navetta o i bus, oppure si può andare a piedi.
la struttura nel complesso è buona, alcune cose sono da sistemare come la maniglia del bagno che si stacca o il matrimoniale che erano due letti singoli attaccati (ma non ja creato problemi comunque) ma per il resto tutto apposto, accogliente e gradevole

Appartement bien équipé. Accueil sympathique. Situé au bord d’une route passante, un peu dangereuse pour rejoindre la place de parking. Heureusement le logement donne sur l’arrière et sur les jardins. Beaucoup de conseils touristiques, en italien. Merci au mari de Paola de nous avoir aidé pour les valises car l’appartement se situe au deuxième étage
Eau chaude de la douche un peu capricieuse et pommeau à changer.
