About this apartment rental

Lovely new apartment with a garden and free parking nearby, surrounded by the quiet of the woods a few steps from the sea. Excellent location, easily connected to the Cinque Terre (by train and with boat) and just a few kilometers from Versilia and the Lunigiana. Lerici, a picturesque village on the sea can be easily reached by walking. The nearest sandy beaches with a beautiful blue sea, are a 3 minute drive or a twenty minute walk. And just twenty minutes drive is also Carrara with the beautiful white marble quarries, famous throughout the world; the caves that you can visit with beautiful trips.

Nice surroundings, veranda/a little yard with the wild life just around the corner - birds singing. New bathroom and most of the facilities. Down sides - noisy neighbours, noisy road just under the window. Not so comfy double bed - needs to be replaced (squeaky). Unpleasant smell daily (toilet) - why we don't know.

Schönes Appartement wie auf den Bildern, separater Parkplatz direkt gegenüber. Alessandro wohnt in der Nähe und ist bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Lerici mit zahlreichen Restaurants und kleinen Supermärkten zu Fuß für uns problemlos erreichbar, liegt allerdings ca. 150-200 Meter tiefer am Meer, die man auch wieder zurück muss. Größere Geschäfte in Sarzana, ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Insgesamt schöne Tage dort verbracht und nichts zu beanstanden!

Tutto perfetto

L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto, la posizione meravigliosa, immersa nel verde ma ad un paio di minuti di macchina dal centro e dalle spiagge o 20 minuti a piedi. Alessandro è stato puntuale, cortese e disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e sicuramente se torneremo ci appoggeremo di nuovo a lui.

Abbiamo soggiornato 9 giorni in questo appartamento. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'appartamento è ampio, luminoso e dotato di ogni confort. Ha un bel terrazzino dove poter mangiare e un piccolo e grazioso giardinetto. Alessandro è stato molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi domanda ed esigenza. Se in un futuro dovessimo tornare ci rivolgeremo sicuramente a lui.

La descrizione dell'appartamento contenuta nell'annuncio corrisponde perfettamente alla realtà. Ci sono stati consegnati locali puliti, ordinati, con arredi nuovi. Biancheria da bagno e da letto assolutamente ok. Cucina funzionale, nuova e ben attrezzata. Il parcheggio, con posto sempre libero, per l'auto è a poche decine di metri, in area riservata (occorre percorrere una salita abbastanza ripida per raggiungerlo). In auto, il mare si raggiunge effettivamente in pochi minuti, poi il problema è parcheggiare l'auto, cosa abbastanza complicata nei mesi estivi. Dalla casa, Lerici si raggiunge in circa mezz'ora. Il rientro è abbastanza faticoso perchè in salita, ma lungo il percorso ci sono scorsi di rara bellezza. Soluzione adatta per una coppia giovane o per una famiglia di tre persone.

Casetta indipendente arredata in modo semplice e con gusto, in cui non manca propio nulla! Piccolo giardino adatto per chi possiede un cagnolino! La casa situata a pochi km dal mare raggiungibile in cinque minuti di macchina di trova in mezzo al verde, ci ritornerei più che volentieri!Propietario molto gentile e disponibile !

Casa molto carina e accogliente. Un po' lontano dal centro a piedi, per muoversi serve sempre la macchina. Attenti però ai parcheggi che costano 2.50 l'ora. La sera fa un po' freddino. Casa già attrezzata con padelle, bicchieri..... Parcheggio a due secondi in salita. Persona cordiale.

Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben in der Anzeige. Sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt wird. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Optimal für Hunde geeignet. Allerdings gibt es in der näheren Umgebung keinerlei Gassi Möglichkeiten.

The apartment is clean and perfectly located nearby Cinque Terre, La Spezia and the marble valleys of Carrare, a spot that I recommend to visit! Alessandro welcomed us very nicely and presented us the apartment and the nearby areas to explore. He is definitely at your disposal and reactive if you need any information before and during your trip. I recommend this place for its location, cleanliness and peacefulness nearby Cinque Terre and beautiful spots close to the sea.

Che dire....tutto perfetto

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato qui un fine settimana e siamo stati benissimo. Casa come da descrizione e idem per il padrone di casa , Alessandro. La location è perfetta per raggiungere Lerici in pochissimo tempo,anche con una breve camminata di una ventina di minuti. Ottimo .

Bon accueil du propriétaire qui est très disponible et donne de bon conseil sur la région. Appartement très propre, moderne et fonctionnel. Bonne literie et agréable. Pas de difficulté pour se stationner. Seul petit bémol route passante et bruit du voisinage mais pas la nuit.
