Personal grundsätzlich bemüht und freundlich
Leider war das Zimmer nicht sauber, Ameisen im Badezimmer und sowohl im Badezimmer als auch im Schlafzimmer/Bett waren Haare.
Der Flur war sehr hellhörig, sodass man oft geweckt wurde, sobald hier Bewegung war.
Außerdem gab es teilweise Verständigungsprobleme, da teilweise kein Englisch verstanden wurde.
