A two bedroom, beautifully furnished apartment in Paradise Gardens III complex, situated in the popular area of Kato, Paphos within easy walking distance of the sandy beaches, the picturesque harbour, the shopping mall and the archaeological sites.
The complex is designed in traditional Cypriot style with bright open spaces and large sun patios, which lead onto the landscaped gardens and swimming pools. The apartment boasts air conditioning, large flat screen TV with English channels and a DVD player. Outside hosts a patio table for 6, swing chair and views overlooking the swimming pool and children's pool. WiFi is included in the price.

Shirley - the owner was amazing.Right from the start of the holiday through to the end, she looked after us. The apartment was exactly as described in the advert and the swimming pool was one of the very best we have ever used.The location was absolutely superb, only a few minutes to everywhere (Harbour, restaurants, bars, Supermarkets, Kings Mall for shopping)We had been to Paphos before - be it a very long time a go so knew our way around a bit. We hired a car, but if you don't have one you can still get to everywhere easily on foot. Shirley sent us a list of her favourite restaurants and the Meze Bar at 9 St Georges is definitely worth a visit. The food was excellent and lots of it.I will add Mandra Tavern too, because if you want authentic Cypriot and not just tourist food its also extremely good and well priced. For beaches, our favourite is the beach at Latchi neat the Aphrodite Baths. Lovely crystal clear water, excellent for swimming.In summary, a lovely location, a great apartment and a superb host, made a truly wonderful holiday even better.We look forward to returning some time in the future, with friends rather than family.

The apartment is spacious and well furnished.
Shirley (the proprietor) was helpful and easy to get in touch.
Except the queen bed mattress that needs to be replaced (we had to sleep in the twin beds), everything was fine (quiet place, easy access (with a car) to anywhere).

Our stay was very good and the accommodation was splendid. The only downside was the incessant dog barking but that couldn’t be helped and the very curious opening and close times of the pool. I found Shirley very helpful all the way through our stay and my friends loved Cyprus
