Unkomplizierter Check In und Check Out!
Es könnten mehr Küchenutensilien vorhanden sein (Brotmesser, Schneidbrett, eventuell Suppenschöpfer), aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau!

הדירה חדשה, מרווחת וגדולה. נוחה לתפעול ומאובזרת, עם נוף יפה.
בגדול הדירה מצויינת אבל היו פרטים קטנים שאפשר איתם לשדרג את החווייה מאוד.
1. אין צורך בשקיות חטיפים אבל אפשר להשאיר שקיות נס-קפה יומיות לכל בוקר של שהייה. יעלה לבעלים פחות וייתן לנו יותר.
2. ישנה כנראה משאבת מיים על הגג (היינו בקומה העליונה) שמידי פעם מרעישה ואז עוצרת. גם בלילה.
3. הדבר הכי חשוב שאכזב אותנו הוא:
בבקשת ההזמנה ביקשנו להיכנס קצת יותר מוקדם מ15.00 לדירה. זאת בגלל הטיסה הלוך שהגענו לפנות בוקר. התשובה שקיבלנו הייתה שישתדלו ושיענו לנו בהמשך. (הבקשה הזו הייתה אקוטית עבורינו אם היינו יודעים שאי-אפשר היינו מבטלים ומוצאים מתוך שלל הדירות בבוקינג).
בבוקר הגעתינו שלחנו מס' פעמים מייל (היות ולא ניתן לנו מס' טלפון) עם השאלה האם ניתן להגיע לפני 15.00 (?) ללא כל תגובה או מענה מבעל הדירה.
כשהגענו ופגשנו את העובד שלו התברר לנו שהדייר שיצא באותו היום קיבל אישור להישאר עד 14.00 ולכן המנקה יכלה רק אז להיכנס והדירה הייתה מוכנה רק ב15.00.
אם כך אז הבעלים ידע שלא יוכל להקדים הכניסה שלנו. מדוע לא הייתה שקיפות מצידו? מדוע משך אותנו עד הגעתינו? הרגשנו רע עם עובדות אלו.

Everything was amazing, hosts were extremely kind and reachable at all times. Beautiful complex, very nice pool, sauna, overall a great place to relax!

Host met us in airport, he bring us to apartment and we received keys and guide about apartment. He also provide the PDF file before our arrival with all necessary information
We stayed here 3 weeks, all was perfect. Wi-Fi is quite good for work, the apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessary staff (vacuumed cleaner is missing, so I have to clean by hands, but it is ok). Big balcony with sunny time from 11:00 till sun goes down. It is warm due to sunny side and AC is each room, we had always hot water. The apartment on 4 th floor and the lift works ok. SO generally is very good apartment and we will return here again.
Swimming pool and sauna are very nice bonus available here
vacuum cleaner is missing, so I sweep the floor with broom and I did a wet cleaning with a mop
