Limnaria Gardens Three Bedroom Apartment

Przestronny salon, dwie łazienki i wygodna kuchnia. FAjny taraz i oczywiście piękny ogród z tarasem. To kolejny raz kiedy jestem w tym miejscu

Wszystko było ok

Heerlijk, zeer ruim appartement. Heel ruim balkon, uitzicht wel beperkt door grote bomen. Keuken heel basic, maar prima. Schoon. Goedwerkende airco in alle kamers. Los toilet en toilet in badkamer. Verduisterende raambekleding. Wasmachine aanwezig. Prima badkamer. Heerlijk ruim zwembad, zeer geschikt ook voor kleine kinderen. Eigen bedjes, dus geen gezeur met handdoeken leggen. Badhanddoeken aanwezig in app. Lift in complex, dus ook makkelijk met de kinderwagen. We hadden geen auto, maar gratis parkeerplek direct voor de deur. Dichtsbijzijnde (dure!) minimarket op +- 5min lopen, grote goedkopere supermarket (poplife) op 10-15min. Strand 10min. Restaurantjes ook op ongeveer 5, de gezelligere boulevard op +-15min. Eigenaresse Natalia is heel vriendelijk, bereikbaar via Whatsapp en antwoord direct.

Bedden zijn echt aan vervanging toe, hard en ingezakt, je voelt de bedveren zitten.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. Perfect walking distance along the coast to Paphos centre. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was really good, powerful and constant temperature. Very good kitchen area. Nice sized covered balcony that is south facing. Owner Natalia very friendly. Overall, we would stay here again.

Unfortunately, Natalia left for Russia the day after our arrival. She told us to message her via WhatsApp if we needed to contact her. We sent her messages but she never replied, maybe WhatsApp is blocked in Russia by Putin as it is fully encrypted? The heater in the bathroom didn't work and the cistern on the toilet still leaks (highlighted in a guest review over 3 months earlier). Some paper towels in the kitchen would have been useful. Unfortunately, there is a loose drain cover in the road outside that makes a loud metallic bang whenever a car goes over it. I got woken up by it every night. This needs reporting to the local responsible body.

The apartment is very big. A large living room. A large terras en two large bedrooms. The swimmingpools were perfect. It was very hot outside. But there were 3 airco's. Every room was very cool during the day and at night

The loungers by the pool were locked. We did not have the key. We could have asked our friendly host but de loungers looked not very comfortable.
