Blízkost k letišti/centra města. Velikost ubytování. Pohodlné parkování. Komunitní bazény s plavčíkem. Hodně vybavení kuchyně, na terase sezení,.... 2 koupelny. Dobrá komunikace se správcem.
Nízký tlak vody - nejnižší co jsem na Kypru zažil. 2 dny problém s teplou vodou - zavzdušněné řady v objektu. Trošku starší a použité vybavení. Druhá koupena typu šatní skříň - není výtka - lepší tato než žádná. Cestou na pláž/do města je pod komunikací zabudovaná Čistírna odpadních vod (je dost cítit) - týká se celé této lokality Paphosu.
