Newly refurbished two bedroom luxury apartment by the sea. Only seconds away from the sea (literally across the road), surrounded by a bountiful selection of restaurants, cafés and bars. With a balcony that one can relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets, before taking a stroll into the heart of Paphos` vibrant and varied nightlife. Enjoy your stay with Phaedrus Living.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest. Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.

Great location if you don’t want to hire a car. Short walk to sea front path. Lots of restaurants locally. Shaded balcony area. Supermarket on ground floor level is handy and well stocked. We didn’t cook in the apartment (breakfast and lunchtime sandwiches made only as we chose to eat out) so can’t comment on cooking facilities. Comfy beds. Set back off main road, which could be a little noisy at peak times but it didn’t disturb us. Would definitely return.
