Why us? . Has VV licience. 10 mins from airport. A cosy small apt. Silent air con hot and cold for all seasons.Ideal for couples looking for a quiet location within walking distance of all amenities and the old town. Friendly retired British people at pool area. Sun terrace 11am to sundown summer and little later in winter. A great feature is no sun in morning for breakfast on balcony and to sit outside in afternoon and watch sun go down over the mountains and sea.Amazing sunsets.Has new sofa( 2024) which is very comfortable .Fully airconditioned for hot days and cold nights All mod cons incl walk in shower,, washing machine,new 32" smart high definition t v’ with full uk and irish /continental channels, microwave, micro cooker,safe,- home from home and very relaxing. I have installed private internet and clients advise wi fi best they have had on island.Beautiful views from communal pool looking down over small sun bleached houses of Lanzarote and sea. This apartment was made cosy by a UK lady who lived on the island 21 years. They loved it and particularly liked brightness of apt and fresh air flowing through the two open windows on hot days. ( plus new air con system) That’s what makes us different. The location is very good located between main beach(5 min walk) and old town(10 minute flat walk).There are 15 small steps up to apt so not difficult. Nice balcony views of mountains and sea(sunsets from balcony amazing).Why not let us do all the work and enjoy holiday.Importantly i am
available if required. Great communication in the lead up to arrival, As apartment does what it says on the tin, it’s a quite complex which is what we were looking for.

Billy was a fantastic host, made us feel welcome while still leaving us with privacy. His apartment is lovely for anyone looking for a great location for a cheaper price than a hotel in the local area. Billy let us stay later then the expected check out time too which was very accommodating. Overall 10/10 experience.

everything you needed for a comfortable stay, even little essentials which was appreciated

10 min to Lidl supermarket

First visit to PDC and will defo be back
Great comms from Billy, accurate listing and we were able to stay a little after check out time to accommodate an evening flight
