Los Arbustos

Location was excellent, only 50mtrs from corner shop and only a 10 min walk from the strip. Although up a bit of a hill, "nothing too strenuous " the location was perfect for us as if you go down and left(towards Matagorda) you will arrive at 4 lively bars with live music and further left is a quieter section but with smaller bars and restaurants /shopping. If you turn right you'll have ruta 66 and some larger restaurants and bars,again with live music ,so you can mix it up and not visit the same bars every night. There is also 2 ways up to the accommodation, as said if you go left you can return via Calle Manrique and visit the hideout bar as a last stop or if you go right towards mercadona and shenanigans you can return via Calle Doramas and visit the Irish viking on your way back. Either way isn't very long and we found both to be well lit and safe ,even in the wee hrs. As for the property itself. You will find everything you could possibly need,fully functioning kitchen with ,large fridge with decent freezer,kettle,toaster,coffee maker, lots of utensils, cutlery and even lunchboxes which are handy if you fancy making a roll for the beach,speaking of which, there is a couple of beach mats,beach parasols and even beach games.Have to say the bed was comfortable. The safe was a added bonus and a huge wardrobe with loads of hanging and storage space,loads of towels,sheets,pillows. Also large clothes airer, iron,small ironing board, hair dryer and 2x mosquito diffusers. The security shutters on every window double up as blinds and can be easily adjusted from inside to complete black out a room or open a little for air or completely for a breeze through the double opening windows,add to this a very good electric fan and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. Very good shower and vanity lights/mirror in the bathroom with washing machine,,shower has a curtain, but it's a very heavy fabric which doesn't attack you 😀 .

Really can't fault the property,,but if to be ultra picky, a dishwasher would have made this review a 11/10,but really not necessary for 2 people.

Posizione ottima, ambiente pulito e con tutto il necessario. Pur essendo vicinissimo al lungomare pieno di locali, l'appartamento è silenzioso e tranquillo, si sentono solo gli uccellini sulle palme. Abbiamo trovato anche una bottiglia di vino al nostro arrivo 🤗. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni esigenza.

Great little apartment, has everything you need and more for your stay. Host was great very friendly and responsive and available if needed. Great location not far from beach and main strip

Aircon would of been nice, but thats mainly because there was a heatwave during our stay, we had a fan which helped so I would still stay here again.
