This apartment offers a quiet place to spend your holidays. It is newly renovated and is located in a residential area just 5 minutes from the maritime avenue of Puerto del Carmen with all its beaches.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms - one with two single beds and one with a double bed, and a large bathroom.
The kitchen is spacious and with new appliances - including induction hob.
In the living room you can enjoy the television and high-speed wi-fi connection in a pleasant and modern environment - there is also a dining room with large windows.
It has a room with washing machine if you need to refresh the beach towels during the stay. To lay towels and enjoy the sun of Lanzarote, there is a small garden with tables and chairs and also has private parking.

You get what you pay for with this apartment, it had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice and clean in a good location for shops and the main strip. We would use again.

This was our second stay at this apartment. Helle met us on our arrival and made sure everything was OK before leaving us. She is always available to help if you need anything during your stay. The apartment is in a good location for just about everything just a few minutes walk to beach, shops and restaurants. There is a small sunny garden and also private parking which is very handy if you rent a car.
I will definitely try to stay here during future visits to Lanzarote.

Een royaal appartement met twee slaapkamers en een goed geoutilleerde keuken. We hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van de oven. De warmwatervoorziening is wat beperkt om royaal te kunnen douchen en te weinig voor het vullen van het bad. We hadden graag in de tuin de mogelijkheid gehad van ligbedden, maar dat was niet mogelijk. Op diverse verzoeken werd door de gastvrouw adequaat gereageerd. Ons verblijf in dit appartement is ons goed bevallen in de 4 weken dat we er waren.
