Modern One Bedroom Apartment situated 100 metres from the Beach

Excellent location, tv, WiFi and helpful owner

The apartment had everything you could need. Lovely balcony with reclining chairs and peaceful pool area. Can't wait to return !

Nice complex in a great location

Everything looked okay on the photos provided but they were not , we found it to be well worn and need of a deep clean and update of furnishings especially the beds , the living area is spacious but unit beneath tv needs changed out surface damage to the top makes it look worn out, the extension leads were grubby and didn’t feel safe , the kitchen area had small fridge but an open ice box ( no door) the washing machine looked new and worked well, some of the kitchen tiles had been painted and paint flaking of , the cupboards were ok but we found chipped mugs and glaze worn of the inside so not very hygienic and random cutlery area for pots and pans looked rough so didn’t use them, bathroom spacious but shower slow to drain, tiles bit mouldy, bedroom had large wardrobe so plenty of storage space and a safe, the window had bug mesh which was good and outer blinds which you could close to filter the light and ventilation but curtains were hanging off one end of rail and had holes in them would probably have been better to have none, the beds were very uncomfortable there was a mattress on top of what I assume were original beds but they were much smaller We had booked 5 nights but only stayed 2 as my husband killed 3 cockroaches and I know you find them in warmer climates but over 30 years of travelling to the Canaries this was first time to find them inside an apartment I highlighted these points to host and his response was quite rude I wasn’t even asking for a refund
