About this house rental

located in a small hamlet, the house is a little apart, near the sky, the view is outstanding! and quiet!
Beautiful open spaces on one side of nature and the other on a patio, while stones in which we find a pleasant freshness in summer. There is a beautiful wooden terrace where you can dine and enjoy the view.
There is also a tree house in the trees for children from 6 years and a sandbox. The house is located about 1.5 km from a beautiful river and the beautiful village of Labeaume. Ability to use a rehearsal piano.
There is an outside hot shower.
It is a bioclimatic house, hot water and solar heating, wood construction and stone, wood wool insulation.

We had a lovely stay in Labeaume. It’s a beautiful house in an incredible setting. Annabel & Burhhard are so welcoming and helpful, and we were very sad to leave!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche als Familie mit zwei jugendlichen Söhnen während der großen Hitzewelle. Das Haus ist wunderbar gestaltet und lässt in seiner Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt viele unterschiedliche Aussenplätze, die zum Verweilen einladen. Der Ort Labeaume ist unterhalb gelegen und auch zu Fuß mit einer kleinen traumhaften Wanderung entlang der Klippen zu erreichen. Dort wartet ein schöner Strand -die Felsenvorsprünge der Schlucht laden zum Springen ein( besonders interessant für Jugendliche). Wenn wir könnten, würden wir 10 Punkte vergeben . Es war unsere erste Reise dorthin-mit Sicherheit nicht unsere letzte.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, mitten in der Natur und trotzdem ist man schnell in Labeaume. Labeaume ist ein hübscher kleiner Ort mit einer wunderschönen Badestelle. Jeden Morgen konnten wir unsere Croissant, Brioche und Baguette im kleinen Laden abholen. Wir konnten direkt ab Haus tolle Wanderungen machen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben uns als Familie mit Hund in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch und die Lage mit Labeaume in fußläufiger Entfernung optimal. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war außerordentlich freundlich und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir sicher gerne wieder!

Magnifique séjour à Labeaume. Accueil souriant, et maison parfaite pour un séjour détente et randonnées. Le village et la rivière sont très facilement accessibles à pieds en 15 min, on y trouve restaurants et épicerie. La maison est très bien équipée, fraîche et confortable.

Diese Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen. Abgeschieden, mit wunderschönem Ausblick und gleichzeitig angenehm nah zum schönen Labeaume, zu tollen Ausflugszielen der Ardèche-Region. Wandern kann man direkt vom Haus zum Fluss. Unsere Kinder (7, 9 und 11) hat der Ort und das besondere Haus mit dem kleinen Innenhof zu zauberhaften Spielen animiert und wir Eltern konnten bestens entspannen. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Aussendusche (herrlich nach einer heißen Wanderung) und ein Fels mit Blick über alles, den die Kinder den „federleichten Platz„ getauft haben.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Haus und der Umgebung sehr genossen und können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Das Haus ist nicht nur sehr schön. Auch die vielen Details machten den Aufenthalt perfekt. Es fehlte an nichts. Auch die Kommunikation war perfekt. Danke und nochmals beste Grüße! Peter und Mathea
