Excellent!

We enjoyed a week in this lovely property in June 2022. The house is modern, spacious and very well equipped, in a good location and with everything needed for a holiday away from home. Our children especially liked the swimming pool, which was large and clean and together with the table tennis table and fabulous weather were the highlights of our stay! Our host Alain was friendly, very kindly gave us a welcome gift of wine and local olive oil, which was much appreciated and took time to show us around the property fully on arrival. We will definitely return if visiting this area of France again and highly recommend this great property. Best wishes, the Fenn family.

It was a great pleasure to us to relax with our 4 sons in this spacy and beautiful house. La maison est très spacieuse avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Les lits sont confortables et on est au calme. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. Il y a plein d'endroits à visiter on ne s'ennuie pas. Et la propriétaire ainsi que le Mr qui nous remet les clés sont très gentils et répondent rapidement à la moindre question. Si je dois repasser des vacances en Ardèche je n'hésiterai pas à relouer la maison de Natalie.

Wij hadden een uitstekende vakantie! Het huis was proper met alle nodige voorzieningen en perfect qua ligging. Het zwembad is een grote troef! Enige minpunten: tweepersoonsbed op bovenverdieping had 2 aparte matrassen en waren vrij hard. Vliegengaas in de ramen (om vooral muggen buiten te houden) zou ideaal zijn om ‘s nachts te laten afkoelen. Dit zou een goed alternatief zijn omdat er geen airco voorzien is. Zeker een aanrader!

We hebben er een mooie tijd door gebracht met goed weer. We waren blij met het zwembad. Er was alles aanwezig in de keuken. Jammer dat er geen lakens en handdoeken waren. Internetverbinding mocht wel iets beter.

Suite à notre réservation, le propriétaire devait m' envoyer par mail les informations pratiques (adresse exacte, plan d'accès car pas facile, contact sur place pour remise des clés et accueil). Je n'ai jamais reçu de mail, le propriétaire m'a affirmé avoir essayé de l'envoyer mais sans succès suite à des problèmes de réseaux (ou de taille des pièces jointes). Ce n'est que la veille de notre départ, au soir, et après plusieurs appels que j'ai enfin reçu par téléphone l'adresse et le contact. (OUF!) En ce qui concerne la maison, elle est spacieuse, très bien équipée, et possède un bel extérieur avec une agréable piscine. Points négatifs : poussière et toiles d'araignées non faites à notre arrivée, odeurs de mazout dans le garage, relents réguliers de l'évier de la cuisine. Le climat clément nous a toutefois permis de profiter un maximum des extérieurs et de passer un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique région.

Un séjour absolument parfait

Un séjour absolument parfait

Nous avons passé 10 jours parfaits en juin. La maison est magnifique, parfaitement équipé, décorée avec goûts et très spacieuse. Elle se compose de 2 étages équipés de chambres, salle de bain et de toilette + une grande cuisine très conviviale et une belle salle à manger. L'espace extérieur est magnifique, les arbres sont très bien entretenus et la piscine est grande et chaude (exposée au soleil toute la journée). Dans le garage se trouve de nombreux transats et chaises pour le mobilier de jardin ainsi qu'une table de ping-pong. La maison est idéalement située dans le sud de l'Ardèche à moins de 30 minutes des principaux lieux à voir et le village est charmant (Laurac en Vivarais). Enfin la communication avec les propriétaires et la personne en charge des départs/arrivés est extrêmement facile, ils sont tous très sympathiques. Bref je vous conseille vivement cette maison de haut standing à un tarif très raisonnable.

Dies war dieses Jahr bereits der zweite Besuch in diesem Haus und wir waren genauso zufrieden wie beim ersten Mal. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage zwischen Weinbergen ist wunderschön. Anfang Oktober hatten wir Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten noch schön die Sonne am Pool genießen. Wir werden sicherlich nochmal hier hin fahren.
