About this chalet rental
At the crossroads, between Ruoms and Vallon Pont d'Arc, in the heart of the attractive pole of Ardèche, we welcome you all year round in our fully equipped, air-conditioned chalet, individual barbecue.
The chalet is located in the countryside, between vineyards and rivers south of the Ardèche, close to all amenities.
It consists of: a bedroom with a double bed with its bathroom and toilet, terrace accessible from the bedroom.
a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, multi-function microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Tassimo pod coffee maker) open to the living room: convertible bench seat for 2 people. flat screen TV, reversible air conditioning,
a second bedroom with its bathroom and toilet. terrace accessible from the bedroom: a bunk bed, a single bed convertible into 2 places.
Possibility to rent hotel packs (sheets + towels + bed made on arrival ) €20 per person / stay
cleaning of stay : 90€ pay on arrival by cash
Only 2.5 km from the town of Ruoms, accessible directly on foot or by bicycle via the greenway (25 minutes) or 3 minutes by car.
In a friendly setting, come and discover our region where you can practice hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, canoeing, and many other activities such as 'chaise-longue' simply!
Once a week, I take you on a stroll to discover or re-discover some characterful villages: Labeaume, Balazuc .. A welcome aperitif in July / August will allow you to get to know each other and introduce you to many places to visit.
You can also discover the silk museum in Lagorce, discover a nougaterie, admire the talents of a glass blower in Ruoms, taste many regional products: chestnut cream, goat cheese, cold meats, and wines directly on site.
Possibility to store your bikes in a closed room.

With two covered terraces serving the bedrooms, you will also enjoy the beautiful summer evenings of a charcoal barbecue.
Living area, lounge and fitted kitchen. Flat screen TV, DVD player, loan of board games.
The chalet has the enclosed swimming pool where children are the sole responsibility of their parents or carers.
Sun loungers and parasols available. Shade sails for 2020
Pets allowed under certain conditions Dogs under 20 kg Up to date vaccines. € 8 / day Category 1 and 2 prohibited.
