Beautiful property just off the main square .room was spacious and bed was comfortable .
We were on the 3rd floor and the lift was broke . We had someone in our party with mobility issues so it was hard to get up and down . This was not made aware to us prior to our arrival . Nothing could be done to fix this as we were told it was a bank holiday weekend and no one was available to fix it .

Location, cleanliness, large size, comfy beds
Hard to reach staff after hours. They put us in a wrong apartment & it took about an hour to reach someone to get the room changed.

Great location for exploring Krakow. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
The lift only worked for us once but we just used the stairs. WiFi a little patchy but the host was very helpful about getting it sorted.

It i in a great location, within walking distance of most places in old town. Communication with host was very good.
The noise from the street outside was pretty bad all through day and night - mainly as it is on a busy tram line.
Several power sockets on the wall are loose. The TV socket was so loose we could not get the TV to work.
