Very convenient and easy access to Nausicaa

Large appartement with 2 bedrooms. Just across the aquarium, which was the purpose of our stop in Boulogne. Delicious restaurant just downstairs Very good value

Great location, lovely apartment, and staff

The staff were very nice, as the apartment is owned by the hotel, with the beautiful sandy beach across the road. The apartment was big and had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean beds, kitchen, sitting room, bathroom, TV's. Our car was parked in the secure hotel car park. We didn't have time to use the hotel swimming pool, and this was available as part of the booking. Breakfast in the hotel was lovely. We were able to leave the car for a few hours after checkout so that we could spend more time in Nausicaa which is across the road - fantastic, must visit!! We travelled from Cardiff, via Chunnel, so we stayed here to break up a long trip for our children. Next day, we continued onwards to Parc Astérix.

The view from the apartment was good and it was close to Nausicaa, restaurants, shops, etc. We liked the pool as well as the jacuzzi.

large apartment in great location, shame it wasn’t very clean.

location was good. nice bonus to be able to use the hotel swimming pool. beds were very comfortable and clean. nice touch to have dressing gowns and slippers in the wardrobes. parking was great.

it wasn’t very clean. the corridor and stairwells up to the apartment weren’t very inviting or clean. dust and crumbs on the couch, rug was stained and not clean in the shower. dusty under the furniture in the living room that could be clearly seen. food left in the kitchen cupboards. all sorts of random old crockery in the cupboards. the second bedroom is through the kitchen separated by a curtain which was strange. it felt like the whole place needed a deep clean.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable but overall disappointed

The apartment itself was very comfortable and the beds superb. Both the kitchen & bathroom were in good condition and the shower was great. The communal areas could do with a little TLC or at least a good clean. The area although pleasant is a little run down and very quiet in the evenings as most of the restaurants close at around 6.30 PM. There were no bakeries or general stores for basic amenities in the vicinity.

Location was not as expected. Lack of basic equipment ie; bottle opener, scissors and other items. It was also implied in the description that free parking was available on site. This is definitely not the case. Secure parking is available at 13 euros per day and it is essential as there is absolutely no chance of free street parking anywhere near the location.I was not happy at being told that I had not paid for parking at check out with no word of apology when my receipt for the parking charge paid at check in was produced. Breakfast was very expensive so did not order. The photograph of the property was very misleading as it suggested that the balcony was situated directly above the beach. In real terms it overlooked Nausica with an extremely busy road beneath the balcony and windows. It was noisy and unpleasant, especially at 5.00 AM when the dustbin & delivery men arrived at the hotel. I have stayed at many holiday apartments and frankly this one does not merit the amount of rental charged.
