About this apartment rental
At MAISONS BODENN, Discover the charm of La Chaumière, located at the end of a cul-de-sac next to the small Port de Larvor in Loctudy on the waterfront facing the ocean—a haven of tranquility in Loctudy with the sea as your only horizon, perfect for vacations with family or friends.
You can walk directly from the garden down to the beach via a private staircase and enjoy the sunsets, the sight of boats and birds as the tides ebb and flow, or watch the children play on the beach or catch crabs.
The house also features a private beach area in the garden with ocean views, as well as two terraces with ocean views.
The house has three cozy bedrooms upstairs (two adult bedrooms, one of which has shutters, one children’s bedroom with two beds adjoining the master bedroom), a bathroom on the first floor, and amenities such as Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, a gas grill, and sun loungers (and beach toys).
The cottage awaits you with high-end amenities (beds made, Terre de Mars welcome products, high-end hotel-quality bedding, Weber gas grill).
Enjoy a peaceful setting, ideal for recharging your batteries and exploring the region’s natural beauty by the sea.
An unforgettable stay awaits you in this little paradise, with the sea as your only neighbor and the horizon stretching out before you.
A private on-site concierge service is available to help you plan your vacation (boat rentals to the Glenans Islands, bike rentals, excursions).
