Ideal accommodation for a family in a secure estate with private parking space. Access to a tennis court, a pétanque court, a playground, a secure bicycle garage and a putting green. Its unique proximity to the golf course will delight our golfing friends. The residence offers a green area ideal for the enjoyment of children. This lovely house offers a large open-plan kitchen/living room, terrace and garden, a WC on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
