Wonderful Winter Getaway.

It had all that we needed for our short stay. Compact, clean and cosy. Excellent location with a lovely sea view and close to amenities.

No slip mat in the shower. Due to bad weather conditions we would have appreciated to have the entrance of the property grifted.

Great Scarborough stay

Great location, apartment was clean, tidy and well decorated. Lovely views. Tea and coffee provided and one set of towels per person provided. Peaceful and quiet. Parking was on street but plenty of spaces near by.

We were on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment. Hot water was a little iffy. Shower was either burning hot or freezing cold.

Shower was a trickle and not in keeping with the standard of other facilities in the room . Also pictures on site are misleading and do not show the specific apartment you are booking.

A peaceful few days enjoying the peace, quiet and sea views

Very clean, modern room with a clear sea view. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Great communication from the owners, making check in and parking so easy.

Modern technology. Modern decor very nicely fitted out very clean. Three beautifully large windows which was great for the view and made the room feel very spacious and airy.

The settee was uncomfortable and scatter cushions hard , no hoover or brush.needs trays ,scissors,mugs and more cleaning stuff only an inch of fairy and disinfectant.towels tiny not both size shud ask you to bring own.we loved the apartment and enjoyed our stay just lacked little essentials.spolessly clean.just need a comfy couch to relax on a big one

Home from home with the comfort and the benefits of a modern and clean decor. -

The apartment was a great size, very clean and modern. Very comfortable we spent an afternoon watching films on the huge tv in the studio apartment. Very comfortable with great views over the North bay.

Location

Parking was a concern. I used taxis when travelling about in Scarborough, so that I didn’t lose a parking space. Personally, I like a reception with staff.

Nice holiday let's

The decor was fresh & clean nice bedding and lighting. Great view of north bay and Scarborough castle.

For longer stays in mind we stayed 6 nights so needed better quality of essentials. The pots and pans need replacing the coating is coming off due to metal spatula provided I would suggest wooden and non toxic pans also a metal kettle. Fewer plug ins try natural reed air fresheners with essential oils rather than the ones in room. We also would of liked access to a vacuum we were at the beach most days and we're mindful of sand. A small hand held one to use maybe commercially would of been great 👍 I did buy a dustpan & brush which helped. The views from the room were clear and beautiful but no privacy as being on ground floor we needed some kind of net curtain maybe one you could push to the side if u got dressed and wanted to look at the view otherwise the curtains has to stay drawn while we showered and dressed. A key hook just next to the door in the room would be great too as the key is expensive to replace.. Thank you for our stay we did enjoy ourselves and we would love to stay again.

Was pretty good over all and if we went back for another trip, i would not mind staying there again.

The View was very good and was very calm and quiet. The room was a good size for two people and was close to the places we wanted to go too so we did not have to travel too far to get to where we wanted to go.

The TV in the room was very slow and we could not use anything on the TV other then the main channels. The sofa was not very comfortable to sit on. (my husband would avoid sitting on the sofa for that reason)

Beautiful apartment with city views

Lovely location and beautiful apartment.

36 steps up to 2nd floor (we didnt mind tbf) Being misled about views says Sea View Apartments and all photos show views over the sea, this one had city views, it was pointed out to me when I contacted the owner on arrival as was really disapponted, but she explained was on description in small print, it only showed photo of bedroom, no views, albeit the city was beautiful to look at at night.

Sea view. Reasonable price. Very clean. Easy parking (off season) - permit provided by host for gbp10. Peaceful despite being on a road. Table by the window. Fridge.

Small towels. No cupboard space for food. Tiny washbasin with low cupboard over it. Low water pressure in shower. Larger cups would be preferable. No literature about the area sights and facilities.

Fabulous property with fantastic sea views. Clean, comfortable and in a perfect location.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property and is always the first we check for availability when planning a trip away to Scarborough. The apartment is always clean, tidy and nicely decorated. The sea view is fantastic and just a short distance from the beach, town centre and attractions. Darrel and Sarah are fabulous hosts. Welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended

Spacious, fully equipped, beautiful furnishings and TV with access to streaming services as well as stunning Sea View.

No issues with property apart from a hair being found in the shower upon arrival and many stairs to the top floor (no lift access)

Great, we loved our short break and the apartment was lovely

The view as fantastic, the room was modern and furnished nicely.

Overall the property was great, the room was clean however did have some bits/crumbs on the kitchen counter. We didn’t like the fact that we had to empty bins while leaving & clean, we stayed for one night and paid £200+ we assumed this would be included for the price. We also had someone above us who was quite loud.
