Country House is a house of rustic Tuscan style, situated in the village of Orentano (Castelfranco di Sotto).
It is located in a quiet and convenient area, a few minutes walk from local amenities such as bars, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, grocery, butcher.
The house can accommodate up to 7 people and is equipped with all the necessary equipment to make your stay enjoyable.
The place is divided on two floors: the ground floor is the entrance with living room, kitchen / dining room equipped (kitchenette, fridge, oven, and all you need for cooking) with a table and tv, a double bedroom and small bathroom ; Upstairs are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom.
Outside, large garden with pool, deck chairs, umbrellas and dining table, to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.
The house and garden are for the exclusive use!
No sharing with other renters.

Sehr schönes typisches italienisches Ferienhaus. Ausstattung war ausreichend. Lage recht ruhig . Pool und Garten sind sehr gepflegt.

House was fantastic. Everything we needed was very close by or only a short car journey away. Quiet and tranquil setting. Owners were very helpful and very nice. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet pace of life. Only one small drawback and that was a couple of the restaurants only took bookings, we couldnt just walk in and get a table which was the only disappointing feature of the whole village. All in all, a fantastic place for family or just couples.Would highly recommend this villa.
