LA TANA - Nestled in the Capannori countryside, near Lucca, this 1868 residence accommodates up to six guests, inviting them to experience more than just a simple stay, but a true journey back in time. The rooms, furnished with period pieces that tell the story of Tuscan country life, exude authenticity and memory. Outside, a cave carved into the rock, used in the 19th century as a natural "refrigerator," makes for a unique and unforgettable experience. The house offers two double bedrooms—one of which is a connecting room—and two single bedrooms, ideal for families or groups of friends. The two bathrooms, both with showers, ensure comfort, while one is more intimate and cozy. On the ground floor, a large living room with a fireplace creates a warm and convivial atmosphere, while outside, the garden offers moments of relaxation immersed in nature. The municipality of Capannori operates a separate waste collection system; the municipality applies fines for improper waste collection. Information on proper waste collection will be provided both inside the apartment and via text message. Failure to comply with the separate waste collection regulations will result in an additional €100 fee.
