The holiday home 'Mughetto' is part of a farmhouse in the village of Montecarlo and is an excellent choice for a family getaway. The 70 m² property, located on the first floor, consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 7 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning and a washing machine. A cot and 2 high chairs are also available.
You have access to a shared outdoor area equipped with a fenced pool (open from early May to late September, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.), garden, covered terrace, barbecue, playground and outdoor shower. The property is 3 km from the Firenze-mare motorway exit (Autostrada 11), which connects Florence to Pisa and other cities such as Lucca and Siena, 5 km from Collodi and 40 km from Versilia and Viareggio. Parking is available on site. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed (available for an extra fee). Stag parties and similar events are permitted. Each apartment is equipped with an alarm system and a CCTV system is present in the common areas for increased security. The property offers homemade or locally grown products. Electricity is generated by solar energy. Recycling rules are in effect; more information is provided on site.
