About this villa rental
"A Domu" is an 'oasis of tranquility just minutes from the sea aa short distance from the center of Cagliari.
Well connected by public transport and close to the beautiful sandy beach of Sant'Andrea it is well served by supermarkets (opposite), bars and restaurants.
"A Domu" is a comfortable holiday home situala along the coastal road from Cagliari to the east coast of Sardinia.
Its strategic location, just 18 km from the center of Cagliari, 30 km from Villasimius and 45 km from Costa Rei, making it an ideal base for visiting the wonderful east coast, full of beaches and panoramic views, as well as the beautiful areas natural interior, such as the Park of the Seven Brothers, the woods of Burcei and the prisons of Castiadas.
L 'abitazionefa part of a private complex surrounded by a landscaped garden of 550 square meters, completely surrounded by nature, which has lounge areas for dining outdoors as well as a barbecue area, a solarium and a laundry area with washer and drying rack.
It has a large private covered parking.
A Domu is perfectly organized for each particular need: small children (cot), parking, sea kit (umbrella, Spiaggiole) and laundry.
The accommodation consists of:
- A living / dining room with kitchen fully equipped for cooking, with sink, stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer.
- One bedroom, furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables and desk.
- A comfortable bathroom with sink, hairdryer, WC, bidet and a spacious shower.
The whole environment is air-conditioned.
They are included in the stay: bath towels and sheets / blankets as night.
Internet is available in wi fi 3G, limited to 1 gb daily.
On request it is possible to add an extra bed or cot.
NOT WELCOME PETS.
On request there is a shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as the extra service of cleaning.

Ein kleines sehr sauberes Haus mit großem Bad und allem was man für angenehme Ferien benötigt. Der Garten ist sehr groß und eignet sich auf Grund der Lage hervorragend zum Entspannen. Das Haus überzeugt durch seine zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage: direkt gegenüber des Hauses liegt ein großer Supermarkt, in laufweite mehrere sehr gute Restaurants. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr nett empfangen, hatte viele nützliche Tipps für uns und war jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect for us with our little child. He loved the wonderful and large garden and also the beach not far away. It was also really good ti have the supermarket and a nice restaurant just around the corner.
Everything was in good shape, well equiped and really clean. Gabriele is really nice and was helping with any advice and tipps immediately.
The beach as mentioned before is only a short walk away. In 30-45 min by car you can explore the most wonderful beaches.
Gabriele, thanks a lot for everything and maybe see you again :-)

Ein toller Aufenthalt, auch Dank eines hilfsbereitem und entspanntem Gastgebers. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden uns auf ein Wiedersehen freuen.

Wir( Ehepaar, 50 Jahre) waren zwei Wochen an diesem wunderschönen Ort. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.
Wir können es nur empfehlen.
