The villa has a large private garden, the borders are covered with climbing plants which guarantee the necessary privacy; in the garden, in a position protected by a pergola, there is an outdoor shower with hot water for when you return from the sea, a tub for washing clothes and a washing machine.
A gate leads to the well-kept exclusive garden; the garden overlooks the large loggia of about 30 square meters which partially surrounds the villa, particularly suitable for having meals outside or enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation in the shade or on summer evenings; in the porch there is also a barbecue for outdoor cooking.
From the porch you enter the house directly into the dining / day room where there is the dining area, the relaxation area, the fridge / freezer and the fireplace.
From the hall you can access the kitchenette (in direct communication) equipped with a stove, oven, and sink; from the kitchenette there is access to a hallway and from here to the toilet on the ground floor equipped with a washbasin and toilet. c .; always from the hall a staircase leads to the upper floor where the sleeping area is located.

The villa is close (about 300 meters) to the wide sandy beach of Marina Residence and, continuing on the coast, to Flumini; it is also perfect as a starting point for the main tourist places in the area such as Cagliari (15 minutes by car), Villasimius 25 minutes, Costa rei 25 minutes, Santa Margherita and Is Molas 30 minutes, Chia 1 hour.
Located in a very quiet area, in the immediate vicinity there are the main services such as supermarkets, bars, tobacconists, ice cream parlors, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, medical guards, city and suburban bus stops; also just 250 meters away you can rent football, soccer, basketball, tennis and bocce courts in the nearby sports center.
The use of the car is recommended for visiting the surroundings, which are very beautiful from a landscape, naturalistic, archaeological and architectural point of view.
