About this villa rental
House with a separate entrance adjacent to another house, restored to new and tastefully decorated in the old style. The pergola in the countryside surrounded by orchard and aromatic plants for a relaxing holiday.
The house consists of a large double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed a square and a half, bathroom.
E 'it equipped with all kitchen utensils, oven, phone, air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, bedding, toys and equipment for children.
Outside you will find barbecue, hammock and outdoor shower.
On request additional bed, cot.

Our stay at Delphines place was very nice! Perfect location to be in a quiet area but also not to far away from Cagliari and the beaches.
The contact with Delphine was very nice, and she always helpful and react quickly when we had questions.

The garden house was really nice, between lemon trees. The apartment has a living kitchen with table and a pull out sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a shaded Veranda that looks out to the lemon trees with bbq and outdoor shower and fresh spices.
Everything was very clean and home owner friendly. We enjoyed the time with our two kids very much.
We had a problem with a broken bed lath and it got fixed right away. Thank you again!!
We would recommend a car to go to the beaches and to start your activities. The location itself is a bit of a lonely spot, not very lively, like a side street. Don’t expect to be in the middle of a city.
Home owner lives next door, but we always had our privacy.
The pictures are a little outdated. Backyard looks different now and we didn’t see a swing or hammock, that we thought would be nice for our kids. The garden to the home owner is fenced now, maybe because of the dog, who is really friendly btw. We loved the two turtles.
Note: There is no WiFi, only for emergencies.
Don’t forget your mosquito spray, quite useful in the evenings. Thanks to home owner there were citronella thingies and anti-bite in the apartment and all windows have mosquito nets.

The small bungalow consisting over a large bedroom, Kitchen/dining room, plus shower/toilet was the perfect stay for me and my recuperating ill wife. The bungalow internally was well equipped and met all our needs during our week long stay, outdoor & externally it was beautiful with complete privacy and lovely greenery and the pergola was a absolute godsend and was used to its full advantage every evening where me and my wife would spend many hours sitting outside in there under candle and low lighting talking and eating, until the very late evening.
Delphine the host was literally a few metres away in her own home, and we literally would have never have know she was there as she totally respected our privacy and was very discreet, but was always there to help or answer questions when called upon.
The area and location itself is very quiet and I totally recommend a car or any transport to get about and see & view the local area, there is a well stocked supermarket literally 200 metres away from the property, to supply all our food and cleaning needs.
The sea itself is approx 400 metres away but there is no beach to speak off, but there is superb beaches with in driving distances but again transport is needed.
As mentioned due to the stresses of life and the fact my wife as been recovering from breast cancer this was the perfect location for my wife to recuperate, both of us to rediscover ourselves and fall in love again, Delphine was the perfect host as was her two daughters and became more of a friend than a host and i can only thank her very much for her hospitality, friendship and lovely nature.
Also as mentioned the property met all our needs in everyway and the outdoor surroundings is what totally attracted us to this property and if there was to be any criticism is that the wi-fi is a bit patchy otherwise perfect.
I totally reccomend this property if you want to get away from the hussle and bussle of life and chill out, But you have to travel out a little bit further to seek out a bit of adventure such as Cagliari or Pula or the local beautiful beaches.
