About this house rental
Beautiful newly built apartment (July 2018) with lift, garage parking (for small cars), air conditioning, WIFI and a large south-facing terrace. It is located a few steps from the sea, in a new neighborhood surrounded by green areas. You can reach the beautiful Poetto beach in ten minutes on foot along a path that runs alongside the Molentargius natural park. The neighborhood offers all the necessary services for your stay.
The apartment is located on the second floor in a brand new and elegant building with a lift and private parking in the garage (for small cars) ideal for motorcycles. There is direct access to a modern living room consisting of a double sofa bed, flat screen TV, air conditioning, WIFI and a brand new super-equipped kitchen.
The bedroom consists of a large wardrobe, a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, flat screen TV and a safe. The lovely bathroom consists of a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. All rooms overlook a large south-facing terrace with a fantastic panorama of the gardens surrounding the building, perfect for spending different moments of the day, from breakfast to an evening aperitif.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, an elevator and private covered parking in the garage of the building (for small cars).
My wife and I will be happy to welcome you personally. We live a short distance from the apartments and will be at your disposal at any time for information and advice on our beautiful city. We will recommend the best restaurants, places to visit and the most beautiful beaches. If you are interested we will also direct you to organized boat trips, excursions, rental bikes, sailing and windsurfing courses and any other activity the city of Cagliari offers.
In the same building we have another identical apartment on the lower floor, ideal for another family.
Two hundred meters away we have a cute double room with a large garden perfect for 4 people.
Being the apartments in a condominium, we ask for your attention and respect for other condominiums.
The waste is to be disposed of with separate collection, organized with a calendar made available.
All guests must have a valid identity document.
The apartments are ideal for families with children and babies.

Accueil très chaleureux de Samantha et Maurizio. Appartement très fonctionnel ,propre ,très bon niveau d equipement . Logement bien situé,ni trop pres de la plage pour ne pas subir les nuisances, ni trop loin pour pouvoir s'y rendre à pied 20 minutes sinon en bus très facilement. Je recommanderais ce logement sans souci

Excellent fairly new property in good location not too far from airport fitted with everything that you need ,handy for local beech,supermarket,and local bus service into Cagliari,and for roadways to visit stunning coastal roads up the mountains and fabulous beeches.
