Pretty villa situated in the heart of the city of winter between Trocadero and Pizzicato. Comfort, South and East exposure. Sunny, quiet, close to beach and Moorish park. Near downtown and shops.
Walking or cycling. You can go without a car to the beach, to the market.
Arcachon golf, tennis club and thalassotherapy center are also nearby.
It is possible to cross the Bay by boat to go to Cap Ferret, the Banc d'Arguin or go around the bird island.

Très bon accueil, disponible et à l'écoute.
Accès à la plage en 10-15 min à vélo

Au milieu des villas de la ville d'hiver
Petit maison avec petite terrasse et petit cabanon, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge... les draps sont fournis.
Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances.
