About this house rental
Pretty little Arcachon house completely renovated. This year the house will benefit from a new American kitchen fully equipped (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, storage space. Large terrace of 90 m2. Garden of about 200 m2. The house is about 1 km from the beach, 2 km from the golf course and the Moulleau. The house consists of 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4 in total and possibility to install an extra bed). The bedding is recent and of good quality. Quilts are available to tenants. Shed independent from the house with direct access to the terrace. TV with TNT channels, internet access ...

We have rented in Arcachon many times and always enjoyed - this was no different. A lovely property as advertised and the two bikes were a great advantage. As we were there during extremely high temperatures the availability of a fan in the property would have been an additional bonus. We would definitely rent again and recommend to others. Thank you

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans votre très agréable maison, confortable et calme, à deux pas de la plage et à proximité du Moulleau d'un côté, et d'Arcachon, de l'autre. Nous espérons revenir en 2011 !

Très agréable à vivre surtout avec la terrasse( à l'ombre l'après midi) faisant le tour de la maison. Très bien placée: proche de la plage Pereire et du centre ville, au calme. Jardin totalement clos, idéal avec un enfant en bas âge. Petit bémol: la cuisine extérieure. Celà ne nous a pas dérangé vu la période louée ( 2 semaines en juillet), mais peut être un soucis en période pluvieuse ( aller retour vers la maison par la terrasse).
