•Easily Accessible Home with no stairs from parking area to front entrance.
•Main level: King Bed Master Suite with TV and private bath, Open Kitchen, Dining for 10 (plus smaller table 4 extra seats). Great Room has a large stone gas fireplace, TV and access to Main Level Deck.
•Large Main Level Deck located just off the kitchen, view of Lake Lure with Adirondack style seating and a gas grill.
•Main level also has a half bath and laundry room.
•Upper Level: Second King Bed Master Bedroom, private bath with walk-in shower. This private suite has its own balcony overlooking the lake, a stone gas fireplace and TV.
•Downstairs: Great Room/Game Room for the whole family. TV/DVD player, ample seating, game table, ping pong table and stone gas fireplace.
•Downstairs has two bedrooms: 1)- King Bed 2)- 3 sets of Bunk Beds (Sleeping for 6) both rooms share a full bath with combination tub/shower.
•Located just off the downstairs great room is completely screened in back deck with seating.
•Outdoor Amenities Include: Large Grassy Backyard, Outdoor Fire Pit with seating, Gas Grill. Easy walk down to the waterfront, private dock, shallow swimming area, Pontoon Boat (available May 1- October 31) 2 Stand-Up Paddle Boards and 2-Kayaks (non-motorized watercraft are available for use year round).

All reservations, including VRBO are REQUIRED to sign a RENTAL AGREEMENT. The Rental Agreement is sent in a separate email for electronic signature. We will not process your credit card for the deposit until after you sign the rental agreement.
