The landscape is beautiful.

Too much stairs, the staff with golf car ignoring all people.

Breakfast was really good along with the seafood soup (Great) and appetizers were excellent with prices very comparable to our South Florida home. Pool area is beautiful and spacious. We liked the location. Easy access to the Red Hook ferry or short ride downtown.

Being stuck in a room up on the hill, at the mercy of the intermittent phone system for a ride most anywhere on property. It sure would have been nice if there was a spa on site for a simple couples massage.The swim up pool bar must be up at the hilltop pool. My number one complaint, NO Landshark!!! At a Margaritaville?? in 2026? No joke!

The coffee shop was not nice the lady didn’t even bother to foam the milk she just poured it as it was 🙈

Wish there was bigger choice of fish , salads and healthy choices overall but it was ok

I liked the welcome and check in process. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bellmen were very helpful as well and made good restaurant recommendations. The staff were all respectful.

The staff at the Margaritaville restaurant were not very friendly. We went to the restaurant on multiple occasions and were not attended to. The automatic service charge guarantees that they will receive a tip, so the service is poor knowing they'll get a tip anyway. The seaweed was terrible. They had about 5 or 6 men disposing of it by hand when they could have had some machinery do the work much more efficiently. Maybe some sort of netting system could be placed during this time of year to prevent from the seaweed piling up on the resort beaches, or some other plan in place to mitigate the issue.
