Club Wyndham Elysian Beach Resort

Chaniesha and her team that work their was so polite and kind I love the experience I’m coming back .

The room was amazing . Great view extremely clean. Staff was super friendly. My only issue was the pile of seaweed on the beach of the property is was sky high.My partner and I weren’t able to get in the water on the resort. Due to that issue. Otherwise, I would definitely be going back. I had a wonderful time there. If you don’t have a car make sure you have Lenny of taxi money. It’s about $8 or more per person. The good thing is the resort has drivers who can take you to your destinations.

First, let me begin with the staff- I want to give huge thank you’s to Micheal, Lennycia, Missy, Laenique and Cha-Niesha! Each of them were extraordinary in their service. The manager, Khadija went ABOVE AND BEYOND! She was amazing- informative and kind, with a quick smile and a genuine desire to ensure an excellent experience for all of her guests. Let me say again, the team was outstanding! There was only one person who was less than pleasant, Susan. She was not interested in helping, she did not smile and she did not make me feel welcomed. Fortunately, the positive disposition of those around her (the above mentioned team members) helped me to overlook her lack of enthusiasm and professionalism. Nonetheless, I would absolutely consider going back to this property. The amenities are nice, the beach is lovely and the on property restaurant serves good food. The staff at the bar were NOT friendly, but the food was still good- especially the prawns and the ahi tuna and the shrimp tacos. The room (dbl queen with balcony) was nice. My main complaint is that you can hear people in the neighboring rooms like they are in your own room. Also, lots of stairs and very hilly. This is probably true anywhere on the island, though. All in all it was a great stay- mostly due to Khadija and her team!

It’s a great place. We loved the front desk staff especially Carly. Check in and out was easy, we got all the help we needed for taxis, and there were plenty of bars and restaurants on site. Beach was well maintained, pool and hot tub were awesome. We stayed end of April/early March in a 1 bed king room which did have a little kitchenette to store food and drinks. Would recommend and would stay again. Don’t be afraid to call for golf cart service to and from the front desk, the resort is built into a mountain so walking is kind of steep.
