My stay has been terrible, as I was unable to shower in the hotel, which has now caused me discomfor

I didn't order for breakfast, and the location is quiet nice.

The hotel does not meet the standard expected for the amount I paid. I struggled to take my bath because the shower tap/knob was damaged and never repaired. Additionally, I found cockroaches running around in the room, which is unacceptable. Moreover, the lighting system in the room is poor and not up to standard.
