スタッフの方々の対応が、良かったです。
何よりまず挨拶が、自然で優しい感じがしました。
交通手段の関係で、遅くなりそうな事を事前に相談したところ、分かりやすく親切に寄り添った対応をしてくださり安心しました。
宿泊中も、周りからの騒音も聞こえず、ゆったり時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
朝食も充分過ぎるほど、和洋野菜などバランス良く、ボリュームもあって満足致しました。
特に悪いと感じる事は有りませんでした。

I like the room it was spacious and clean. The breakfast was so good as well. Definitely I'll book this hotel again, thanks for the great experience.

room so small, the light in my room is so dark (303)
feel of dust in the room, feeling of not a fresh air.
anyway, breakfast is ok and bed & pillow is comfort.
Did not meet expectation, since last night we stay in Super hotel Fukuchima Iwagi, it was excellent with the spa area. I also like the idea of world’s friendly concept.
The building was too old, and very small, different from the picture in Booking.com. Alittle bit disappoint.
