    I had a wonderful stay. I had mixed up my trip plans and arranging this hotel was quick and easy. The staff was very kind and adjusted my stay so I could remain in the same room for the duration of the stay, even though i had booked twice because of my mix up.

    I had a wonderful stay. The staff were genuinely kind and so helpful, especially when I needed a taxi to get an appointment on time and checking if I was okay after I was gone all day. Plus, I had over packed and the lovely ladies on staff helped me to carry my bags up to my room. Even without an elevator, the hotel was clean and peaceful. I definitely got my steps each day and it's only about 10 minutes walk to the train station and 3 minutes to the bus stop.

    Great Staff, can speak english. Singel room I had is decently sized with full sizw bed, and bathroom had ammedities (Toothbrush, soap, towel, ect). Only downside is I dont see an elevator so prepare to carry your luggage especially if you booked the 3rd floor. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and will deffintley book here as its was the closest hotel to freinds and family in Kawaguchi area.

    We had a spacious 3 bedroom family stay for 10 days. The staff was very friendly + helpful + provided airport transfer to Narita. Hotel is 10 mins walk to MinamiHatogaya station.. Free Washing machine + dryer provided at the same floor.
