The huge room was wonderful. The bed was so much better for us older people than sleeping on futons & tatami mats. The mattresses were excellent. The in-hotel onsen was great. Very clean, uncrowded and relaxing. Really enjoyed it! Breakfast was served family style to our entire group of 10. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We all enjoyed it.

Le personnel est tout simplement incroyable : gentil, serviable, au petits soins..
Le lieu est invraisemblable, avec ces immenses baies vitrées qui donne sur un magnifique jardin. Dans les couloirs les moquettes au sol sont un peu tâchées et vieillissantes, cela ne colle pas avec le reste de la prestation qui est assez incroyable.
