Posada Sian Kaan Playa del Carmen - Wellness Oriented Hotel

This is a very charming hotel in an exceptionally convenient location, just around the corner from the ADO bus station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the wifi worked well throughout the room (though not in the bathroom, haha!). The inner garden is beautiful and creates a peaceful atmosphere. Even though the hotel is close to everything, it still feels secluded and relaxing. It was also relatively quiet during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The only minor inconvenience was that there weren't any outlets by the bed. It's an older building, so I guess charging your phone overnight next to you just wasn't a thing back then :) Not a real issue at all, just something we happened to notice.

Nice staff, comfortable bed with great air conditioning and extremely close to 5th Ave. , bus station and ferry pier. The grounds were lovely and well maintained.

Location was unbeatable.
