location is amazing, you can walk to every thing from here. even going to Cancun airport , just 2 minute walk to the bus station or the taxi share. the hotel is old but the staff keeps every thing working good.

Location and nice staff
It seems very ran down, on our room there were some missing curtains or scratched so literally we were woke up with sunrises. No hot water either
