    Great for what I needed, clean, 24 hr entry, at the night bazar, just tucked a block from it, party road couple of blocks., variety of food walking distance. Room has A/C, kettle, fridge, balcony. Queen size bed. Desk to work at. For what I paid, a bargin.

    Arrived, no one on reception stood around until a cleaning person appeared seemed to run the place couldn't speak Thai or English, only Myanmar so couldn't communicate. The location is accessible by motor scooters down narrow alleys each side of the hotel. Luggage had to be dragged down then up steps. Large room but totally lacking facilities only 1 cup, size of a soup bowl and 2 dessert spoons only

    I stayed a few weeks ago in room *** which was not bad. This time I paid for only a standard room. Big mistake. The room is old and very noisy. They first tried to put me in *** which was right next to the construction site and beyond noisy. Avoid while the construction work is going on
