    Our family stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the breakfast restaurant team (A, Zam, Cataline, Nan, Chon, Ching and restaurant chefs) made our experience truly unforgettable. Over the three breakfast mornings, every member of the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed and cared for. The highlight was when they surprised our 5-year-old son by singing him a birthday song and presenting him with a birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that brought a huge smile to his face and created a memory our family will cherish forever. Throughout our stay, the staff constantly engaged with both our son and daughter, making them feel included and excited to come back each morning. Their warmth and genuine kindness made it feel less like dining at a hotel and more like sharing breakfast with family. A special thank you to the chefs, who kindly prepared cut apples for our children every morning whenever we requested them. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed such thoughtfulness and care, and we truly appreciated the extra effort over all three mornings. There was also a moment when our son accidentally spilled his drink. The staff immediately came over to help clean up, reassured him with such kindness so he didn’t feel embarrassed, and quickly prepared a fresh drink for him without hesitation. Their compassion and professionalism in that moment spoke volumes about the wonderful people they are. The outstanding service we received from the restaurant team was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. Their genuine hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel so welcome, and it was clear they truly cared about creating a memorable experience for every guest. Even after returning home, both of our children have continued talking about the wonderful people they met at breakfast. That says everything. Thank you to the incredible restaurant staff and chefs for making our family holiday so special. Your exemplary service deserves the highest recognition. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with young children, and we look forward to returning.

    I stayed at this 5-star establishment expecting consistent standards, but the reality was far from it. Despite booking the same room type, the experience is a total gamble. Some rooms feature high ceilings and great views, while others have low ceilings, no view, and bizarrely—mosaic stickers on the glass. The management seems to operate on a 'random selection' basis. If you don't know the layout beforehand, you're stuck with whatever they give you unless you make a scene. It feels dishonest and lacks transparency. Every guest pays the same rate, so we should all have the right to know exactly what we are getting. What disappointed me most was the lack of empathy and the 'results-only' attitude. The staff treated my valid concerns as if I were just a 'difficult Thai customer' looking for a free upgrade. Let me be clear: I didn’t want a freebie; I wanted the truth and a fair standard. When I declined a room change because moving is a hassle, there was zero attempt at a sincere apology or professional compensation. To top it off, when I requested a late check-out due to the poor initial experience, the staff spoke to me as if they were doing me a massive favor acting more like the owner than a service professional. 'I'll allow it this time,' he said. Truly? To the management: You seriously need to rethink your 'Art of Service.' Integrity in business matters. Guests aren't looking for a 'blessing' from your staff; we are looking for the 5-star experience we actually paid for.
