Room is spacious, breakfast is delicious even though there's limited choices, toiletries are provided, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is near cafes, convenience store, post office, lapangan merdeka, train station and mall.
The lighting in the room could be brighter.

I enjoyed the facilities staff location and room I thought it was excellent
To me, I found the food quality and choices not so great in comparison to other hotels.
I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights I’m a tourist. My partner is Indonesian and she got questioned by security at the gates each evening which I thought was unusual because my thoughts would’ve been staff would know we are together and I felt it was unfair why she was questioned each night . Apart from this we both had a great day.
