Very spacious room with good view of Medan. No outside noise coming in.
The Medan food in the restaurant is excellent, no need to go outside in search of good food.

Restaurant was good. Large variety which changes daily.
Hotel Manager was very obliging and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure things were taken care of. Did great follow up.
No hot water, kettle not working.
Young Wait staff in restaurant require more training.
Children running down the hallways after midnight ringing door bells. Happened several times.

De ontvangst was oké , was aan de vroege kant. De kabel was al klaar en kon er zo in. Het bed lag super (ondanks de lichte zwarte strepen). Ontbijt is goed en uitgebreid.
Er hing een vieze geur in de badkamer. Vond de kabel ook niet schoon genoeg. Op de hoeslaken lichte zwarte strepen.
