Safety, cleanliness, all amenities, kitchen space , the actual size of the room, very friendly and professional customer service.
It was a bit loud / noisy when someone was coming and going down the stairs or outside the property as my room was next to entrance door

Good value. Good mattress.
Nothing to complain about it so we were on the ground floor so you would hear people coming in at night. No big deal.

Really convenient location and very comfy bed.
Apartment above us, you can hear everything. The person upstairs didn't stop walking around their room until 3.:30am

Our room was outside in an outbuilding which we had to access via the kitchen - not sign posted and difficult to find. Room was ok, but the extra bed was very uncomfortable.
