Ambiente sporco all'interno (molliche di precedenti ospiti ovunque, wc sporco che abbiamo dovuto pulire noi, ragnatele nelle finestre, sul solaio di legno e tra cucina e muro, ecc.), ma soprattutto all'esterno subito davanti alla porta: cacche💩 di piccioni o gabbiani (non saprei) che non si poteva non calpestare e portare all'interno. Un vero schifo. Per arrivare alla porta scale molto vecchie, scivolose e ripide piene di cacche di uccelli: nell'annuncio non ci sono foto di queste scale!
