Studio al Mulino

Smještaj se nalazi na izvrsnoj lokaciji i sve je dostupno pješice. Unatoč blizini centra grada okruženje je jako mirno. Sam smještaj je lijepo uređen i čistoća je na vrhunskoj razini tako da sve pohvale.

Jedina mana su nejasne upute oko parkinga koji je udaljen 7 minuta od samog smještaja (šetnja od 7 minuta ne predstavlja problem nego davanje uputa koje bi na samom početku trebalo biti objašnjeno na jasan način).

Super convenient location being in the heart of Rovinj. Steep road was a bit tricky but host very helpful & offered to arrange a buggy to come collect us, however we managed. All part of the fun. Super well equipped & sweet little apartment with attention to detail & super clean & quiet.

Nothing to fault

Lage 🔝 Besitzerin auch sehr bemüht, wenn man Fragen hat, bekam man sofort eine Antwort Parkplatz gratis dabei (7-8 Minuten zum gehen)

Es hat ein bisschen Gemüffelt, da es ein altes Gebäude ist (Altstadt) und es nur 1 Fenster vorne raus gibt. Badezimmer sehr klein, man hat jedesmal eine Überschwemmung beim duschen …

Location: in the middle of old town Rovinj. Can't be better. Parking was free, our host had several spots available for us to chose from. Very nice place, freshly renovated. Nice interior, really comfy bed and hot water.

Well, the downside of the location - an 8 min. walk to the parking place was inevitable. The place is really souterrain (half basement). So the only window to the street is really on ground level. Other widows from kitchen and bathroom open to the entrance area. But on a positive note: the street really not busy, it is more of an alley that ends in a dead-end, so only a few locals pass there.
